Oregon does not participate in the Nurse Licensure Compact. There is no compact pathway — every Oregon nursing license is a single-state filing. We handle Oregon applications end-to-end, with the same concierge support we provide for compact states.
Already an NLC multistate licensee? You still need a Oregon-issued license to practice here — multistate privileges do not extend to non-member states.
For travel nurses: factor a Oregon single-state license into the timeline early — endorsement applications can run weeks to months depending on the BON queue.
